3 Month Program

Functional strength training promotes wellness. In-person consultation/assessment, in-person or online training sessions, customized workout plan to meet your fitness and wellness goals, weekly check-ins to ensure accountability and success.

Monthly Membership

Fitness coaching will ensure your new fitness training is consistent, effective and fun. In-person consultation/assessment, customized workout plan, initial in-person or online training sessions, ongoing monthly training sessions, bi-weekly check-ins.

Parkinson’s Program

Consistent exercise is critical for people with PD. In-person consultation and assessment, In-person training sessions, customized workout plan emphasizing strength and mobility.

The why behind Heart and Body Fitness

Research suggests that many online programs or videos are not enough, and members struggle to stay accountable to their wellness goals.

We also all have different fitness needs and objectives, and it’s important that fitness programs are tailored to our individual journey and goals in order to be successful.

Fitness should be fun and challenging, and focusing on your wellness will improve your quality of life and longevity, irrespective of age!

I will build on my extensive background in strength training and pilates to develop a customized program centered on functional strength and mobility training. With in person visits, consistent communication and success metrics, we will work together to move and get stronger.
